Florida

Florida property records, county by county.

Florida keeps property records at the county level: the property appraiser holds the parcel roll, the building department holds permits and inspections, and code enforcement holds its cases. Each county publishes them differently. These pages say where to look, and which counties ParcelPast can read for a report today.

What "live" means

A county goes live when we can match an address to its parcel, read the county's permit files and code cases for it, and have checked the result against real properties. Until then the free check tells you the county is not covered rather than showing an empty record.
