What you are buying

A ParcelPast report is a summary of public records about one property address, read from the publishing county's data at or near the time of your order, and delivered by email. It is prepared by SimpleApps Studio, which processes payment and issues your receipt. A plan (Agent, Agent Unlimited) is a monthly subscription to a number of such reports.

What it is not

A report is not legal, title, insurance, engineering or financial advice, and it is not a municipal lien search, a title search or a survey. The county's own record is authoritative. Records can be incomplete, late or wrong at the source, and a county may not publish every jurisdiction's permits. Where a report states that nothing appeared, that statement is limited to the records named in the report as read on the stated date.

Refunds

If we cannot match your address to a parcel in a county we cover, you receive a full refund. If a report is delivered, it is a completed custom service and is not refundable, except where it was materially wrong because of our error, in which case we correct it or refund it.

Use

A single report is for your own use and that of the people you are working with on that property. Plan reports are licensed for client work and may carry your name. Reports may not be resold or republished as a data product.

Plans

Plans bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time from the link in your receipt; cancellation stops the next charge. Unused reports do not roll over.
