For listing and buyer's agents
Run the record on every listing before the other side does.
If permits and code cases are part of your week, you should not be buying $49 reports one at a time. Two plans, both licensed for client work and both carrying your name on the report.
Agent
- 10 property record reports a month, any address in a county we cover
- Licensed for client work: attach a report to as many client files as you like
- Your name, brokerage and contact details on the report
- Send us your active listings and the record is pulled for each one
- Re-running an address you already ran that month is free
Pays for itself at four reports a month. Cancel any time.
Agent Unlimited
- Unlimited property record reports
- Everything in Agent, with no monthly count
- For brokerages and teams running more than ten properties a month
- Your active listings checked automatically as they go live
For listing agents
An expired permit or an open code case on your listing will surface, usually from the buyer's side, usually late. Running the record before the listing goes live means you and the seller know first, can close it out or disclose it on your terms, and the inspection period holds no surprises.
For buyer's agents
During an inspection period the question is not whether the house has a permit history but what it says. A dated report with the county's own permit and case numbers is the document your client forwards to their inspector, lender and attorney.
Coverage
Florida first; Miami-Dade is live and more counties are loading. Plans bill through SimpleApps Studio, the company behind ParcelPast. Where we cannot read a county yet, you are told before a report is counted against your plan.
