Before you pay
Property record report$49, once
One address. The report by email, usually within one business day.
Tell us the street address, city and state. The free check first is a good idea: it confirms the parcel and tells you whether the county we cover holds the records for it.
What you are buying
- A summary of public records about the property, read from the county's published data at order time, delivered by email as a dated document
- Parcel facts, every county-issued permit on file with inspection and certificate dates, open and recently closed building violations, open code compliance cases, the county's own record numbers, and plain notes on what each item usually means at a sale
- Not legal, title or insurance advice, and not a municipal lien search. The county's record is authoritative.
Coverage and refunds
Florida first; Miami-Dade is live with the county building department's records (unincorporated Miami-Dade, permits from 2020). If we cannot match your address to a parcel in a county we cover, you are refunded in full and told why. Payment is processed by SimpleApps Studio, the company behind ParcelPast; the receipt says so. Terms.
